(a) All Merchandise available on the Online Store shall be offered on a sixty (60)-day (measured from the day the product was shipped) money back, satisfaction guaranteed basis. GRC employees and other consumers who have purchased Merchandise via the Online Store may return the purchased Merchandise within sixty (60) days after the Merchandise was shipped at their expense for any reason as long as all items are unusued, unworn, and unwashed. Any items returned that are either used, worn, or washed shall be at the expense of Client.

(b) HDS warrants that all HDS-Supplied Merchandise shall be of high quality. In the case of defective HDS-Supplied Merchandise, the repair or replacement of the HDS-Supplied Merchandise shall be done promptly after receipt of notice of such defect and the return of the defective Merchandise to HDS. HDS shall bear the cost of pick up and/or shipment for return of defective Merchandise.
